Being able to work at my comfy place here in my house
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a positive energy and I like most is the Teamwork makes the dream work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and easy to talk to with regards of everything that happens inside and outside of work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We always work hand in hand and I think we have a better connection even though we are in a WFH setup.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are instances that I do a work that is like a work of my upper position, yes I got recognition for that, but it seems unfair, if they can give me additional incentive for that monetary, I would appreciate this. But dont get me wrong, I am happy with the job, I do get a lot of experience.
