TU is one of the best BPOs I have tried so far. It really helps you grow personally and professionally. It has a lot of programs which can help you in all aspects of your life growth. Co-workers, leaders and all the staff here are very easy to get along with except for my leader as of the moment.

The staff are courteous. Leaders are very approachable and easy to get along with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My TL is subjected and that is somewhat affecting my performance. I feel so demotivated since my efforts/achievements are oftentimes ignored.
