I like the environment, especially the account that I am in right now,though its a bit strict,however it is challenging. As an agent I must do my best to meet the goals.

Since I am one of the newbies here, and currently on ebay/nesting..still mastering the tools and procedure of the account that I am in,my trainers,Supervisors and Sme's are doing their best to help me.Plus the workplace is less toxic compare to my previous bpo company.
