It's good as it gave me valuable experience that I can use inside and outside of work. This is my first BPO job so I'm quite happy that it's with TaskUs as it is generally a better work environment.

Being with my team and spending time with them and having fun even in the most simple things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Clarification on the incentives that are presented and for it not to change in the snap of a finger without any proper warning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try their best to provide us updates on time even though at times they do fail at it. They also do their best to improve the conditions of the workplace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone's friendly and knows how to have fun. They are professional and will do their best to perform and be better. Once outside of work, they are people whom you can depend.
