Not the typical toxic BPO work, I have my peace of mind and approachable leaders but again I think TaskUs needs to increase the basic salary because I feel like sometimes we are working just to survive every 2 weeks.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
internet allowance, inflation is hitting us hard in the PH and I believe that we need to have an increase in our basic salary as well. Some of us are handling our own business just to survive daily
