Provided breather time for the employees, if not at least pay us for overtime. Don't be cheap

I'm consistently being transferred to over LOB , and most of my teammates are not helpful and judgmental.

Remove bias and corrupt leaders that destroys the growth of deserving employees. such a bad company you guys are. Worthless

Increase the pay of your employees, stop undermining us because majority of the other BPO companies listen to their peoples needs. Groceries and other expenses are no longer cheap

Increase in pay. understand how to handle employees with PWD status. No to unpaid overtime. Work life balance. Favoritism. No empowerment to do what's right. Bullying. Entitled employee. Unfair treatment.

Our managers cares about our well being and safety. but the compensation is so Bad that i would leave the company regardless of the culture. Culture and Environment does not pay the bills!!!!!! Give us a better compensation. Don't be cheap!!!!!! Stop wasting funds on parties and unnecessary events!!

I feel undervalued because I was promised that we will be getting an annual increase after one year of good performance but it never happened. Adding benefits in the health card is difficult. The salary that am getting is not enough to match the current economy situation. I feel cheated

Compensate us! Give us a better increase! Stop wasting moeny on events that does not benefit us. My God! you charge our clients $15 per hour per employee per day yet that amount does not go to us. We are being cheated. i feel cheated WTF!!!!!!!!!! Think about your people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because the market value (pay) of the job is greater in other companies including allowance and perks. You guy's are so cheap that we have to settle for less. like WTF!!!!!!! look at our economy and inflation, we dont have anything left to give to our families! do you even care about our needs?
