Instead of increasing salary - Sitel focuses on acquisition of useless apps and other materials. Technology used is very dated. No salary increase and is biased to certain departments. Sitel focuses on external appearances but is rotting from within.

Higgher wages - my level of employment is so underpaid compared to other BPOs

Increase my salary. My role and output is not receiving due compensation compared to the kind of salary other BPOs provide to their employees for the same role and workload!

Increase my salary. My role is so underpaid compared to other BPOs at the same level of workload and output. It seems Sitel is more focus at improving external appearances but is rotting from within
