Our team is perfect because it is not a toxic environment like the other teams that I encountered.

Our Team Lead is so kind and helpful to all of us when it comes to the work that we are struggling with sometimes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I did not feel undervalued since as of now I am contented with my salary. Hopefully, there will be a yearly increase for every employee.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Hazard and the internet allowance that was given to us every month. Because it somewhat helps us so that we could buy our daily needs. To be honest it is not enough Due to the inflation problem here in the Philippines.
