Overall this has been a good place to work for someone in my situation, which is someone who changed careers to have a better work life balance and the ability to go back to school. This job will provide me with the experience to get something better.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I got a merit raise that doesnt take into consideration inflation. My raise was 1.5% with inflation sitting at around 9-10%. At this rate my raises will always keep me behind with my salary vs what the market pays. My personal goals don't really seem reachable through Concentrix.
