Mediocre at the very best
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Consistent coordinated communication. My department is constantly being slammed with bad ideas and poorly analyzed strategies that we are forced to accomplish without proper support, basic redundancy, or financial resources.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company for 7 years, have a bachelors degree in business management, and I am still being paid the same 17$ per hour as a entry level cashier at the McDonalds down the street. I would feel better about my compensation if the company pretended to have annual Raises. Inflation.
