Supportive, helpful and understanding specially on struggle that we encounter in our account

I think the training and skilled that we gained even though theirs no salary increase
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Honestly as of now we always receive dispute in our salary but the important thing is the learning that we gained in this company and that is better than the compensation that we received.
