My bosses and peers have always been very supportive towards my personal and professional goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are given one goal and works toward that as ONE team. Nobody feels left out and we extend a helping hand to those who are struggling, both personally and professionally. The culture is what makes the biggest difference.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the culture and environment is the way we recognize and honor diversity in the workplace. We have so many education sessions within the year and people are now becoming more aware of how we can use diversity to our advantage.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Let me start by saying the pay is okay but could've been better. I have peers from another companies w/ a similar role and they get paid 25% higher than I do. The CNX culture is honestly what makes me stay and I think that is priceless!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since the start of the pandemic, Concentrix has shown how much it cares for its staff in so many different ways. In the Philippines, CNX has provided transport to our staff during lockdowns, provided bike loans for staff who are struggling to commute, added mobile hubs and many more!
