Now that I moved from the Call Center side over to the Marketing side it has made a world of difference, in Work /Life balance, stress levels, recognition for a job well done, better client who appreciates you and what you do, the list goes on and on

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positivity, being WAH the calls via Teams or Zoom with the broader team helps make you feel part of the group.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable and always willing to help or show you how to do something, they understand the importance and value you bring to the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is that a team, always willing to help when needed and is there to listen and not judge when you have something on your mind whether it be work related or personal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company over 10 years and are just now earning what I earned 15 years ago at a previous employer. More and more tasks are added but compensation does not match what is expected not to mention the cost of living.
