I love the premises, I admire my Direct Manager and I look up to my direct colleagues for their skills. The overall human approach to doing business which protects me from burnout is of great importance to me in this extremely dynamic yet cruel industry. The compensation plans need a revamp asap.

The salary is by no means competitive and I struggle with the general cost of today's living.
