The positive energy and atmosphere working together and always willing to help each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co workers. My Team Managers. The way that we treat each other. We respect each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued at all. I think they could pay some languages more knowing that some other languages are making 400 euros more a month. They are friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
MY Team leader always has time for every question I have asked. She never made me feel stupid. I respect her and she walks the walk. Also has a great energetic personality.
What makes you most happy at work?
knowing I really helped a customer and they are very appreciative. To go the extra mile for a customer and them letting you know how much they appreciate solving a problem for them
