My overall experience has been very satisfying. I wanted to join a stable but growing company and Workday is that. I feel valued for the experience I brought in but also feel the ability to grow and provide input for the organization to grow.

Everyone is very friendly. It is still an adjustment coming out of covid and going into office but the rhythm of getting to know people again will come back. Work is fun and satisfying

We want to work together to achieve the goals and there isn't friction. Although, new leadership has been making that less relevant.

There is a sense of authenticity that is coming back to the organization. They are genuine people that want to deliver good results together.

It gives me a sense of self outside of my home life. I am good at my job and I get to use those talents each day.

We have fun and can laugh and bond over things that happen in role. The team is experienced and I feel like I can learn from others although being senior on the team.
