Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No salary annual increase and poor incentive for performing and passionate individuals, difficult to maintain life harmony due to the increasing price for daily necessities. Compensation wise should be revisited especially for employees who are passionate and stayed with the company for years.
