The rice subsidy and the allowance , and it is way bigger than most of the salaries that a newbie can receive

It is a really friendly working environment. It does not discriminate agents that differs from new and the agents that were working in a long time.

They are very approachable, easy go lucky people, the types that does go with the flow and they will help you in the things you're confused at.

The environment, my co workers and also not to mention the salary itself. It will help you gain knowledge each day when you go to work. DIscovering new things that you're not good at and your abilities will be pushed to the best that it can be.
