I'm a new hire and there appears to be a lot of potential. Direction after on boarding could stand to be improved. Getting access to programs required to do my job takes longer than it should but management has reasonable expectations concerning this. Health insurance is absolutely terrible.

To accept new ideas. To stop doing the same over and over without questioning why. Replace leaders who are there just for the time, not for the knowledge, with good leaders.
