I don't feel undervalued per se, but sometimes I feel like others are more highly valued for doing the same role
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them are very open and honest, and do what they can to make sure the employees are engaged and happy at work
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing people succeed after I've trained them and they start taking calls. When I see someone i've trained move up into another role, that makes me feel good
