In comparison to the market, the salaries at Sitel are 30% lower on average, for the same amount of work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sitel Germany is paying barely minimum wage to the majority of its employees, which are responsible for at least 80% of its revenue.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There should be more focus on the salary of agents. In almost all of our country, agents are earning just a bit over minimum wage, which in most cases is not enough, when compared to the job they do. The MAX program is great, but it doesn't help them pay rent and support their family.
