It is good so far, but communications aren't clear. Right now, I am working from home indefinitely, but of course, I'd like to know what Sitel's plans are for the future of work. I'd like to work at home permanently, but don't even know whether Sitel will make it happen.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I always do my best, and as years pass by, I believe that I have delivered more valuable inputs since my first year. An annual performance appraisal with salary increase would make me feel better about my compensation.
