Myntra: By stopping duping and cheating people.
Tim Hortons: Customer service is consistently terrible, likely because employees are not motivated or treated well. The food itself is sub-par. Maybe offer fewer things and do them better.
L.L. Bean: High energy supportive enthusiastic leaders
People's Care: Love the job and what I do the pay rate is just not enough for the daily responsibilities that are dealt with on a regular basis. cutting hours after giving a raise doesn't make since to me.

D2L: My smaller team has the least amount of turnover in my whole department. My manager is incredible, trusts his team, actively listens to us, and provides us loads of opportunities.

Kumon North America: The worksheets and lesson plan are what you pay for. Raising hands for more than 30minutes to get help from instructor. Poor in-center performances which they called certified instructors. Running business with high school students help as class size is more important than service and guide.
Jimmy John's: Being a Latin employee is a disadvantage, co-workers cheat on your tips. Hostility until the time you are push to resign. If you don't resign, assistant managers would make your life miserable including cleaning toilets full of human feces.
