So much so that I was never even put on the schedule and spent 3 weeks calling in every day to see if I needed to come in. I was never fully trained and yelled at when I failed

Instead of giving loyal 7-20+ year employees decent raises, they pay thousands of dollars to hire new employees who sometimes stay no longer than 2 days. Those business are then on life support with absolutely zero investment, running them as leans as physically possible in order for the Constellation stocks to keep their value
McAlister's: We don't get any breaks and it's very chaotic and unorganized in the kitchen
SoFi: No integrity and a genuine lack of care for its employees. The job listing and the job I applied for here was remote. It was never stated it wouldn't remain remote. They forced RTO hybrid schedule with no intention of ever making exceptions for anyone but they strung people along for weeks.
