I appreciate that and I'm doing better now, but I still can't always do everything asked of me and it's becoming more difficult to make people understand that. Still happy overall though.
Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen: Well they owe me 9 hours they haven't paid then they said the gonna transfer me and nothing drawer was 20 short but there was 3 people on it I get cut but the other people still working if I have to I will go talk to some to help
Arista Networks: Arista is proud to be a "$4B start-up". The company is almost 20 years old and needs to invest in grown up company tools to help employees work more efficiently and help our customers get the exacrt products they want. Ex: configruation tool to reduce the number of SKUs we carry
Arista Networks: It's impressive how intelligent and creative the engineering team is and how they are able to release new designs quickly by customer demands. Most of them are really young. They are all eager to learn, execute, and willingness to share their creativities.

Cubic Transportation Systems: Over the past 5 years the company experience has diminished markedly. There is enormous pressure to work long hours with minimal systems and processes to support. There have been numerous restructurings in recent years where competent and capable team members have been lost.
Vacasa: Completely disorganized, no training besides going online to read and do courses. My first day i was just on my own to figure everything out

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen: Ordered 10 piece meal and received 8 pieces. The mashed potatoes were cold. We live in Louisville, Ky and drove across the bridge to New Albany, Indiana. I talked to the manager (Crystal). She refused to replace my meal but agreed to replace missing pieces. I won't go back.
Beacon Hill: I have never missed anything important in my life outside of work here while having a job with tremendous income potential, lots of career growth and incredible opportunities to develop professionally, all while working with and learning from wonderful people.
