The company culture should not surround alcohol
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Provide valuable insight and NEW information to meetings. Most of the time we receive 5-15 reminders of a meeting, and it's everything that's already been emailed to us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's literally just a conversation - they won't ask any questions that should stump you but they look for financially motivated people who are seeking a long term stable gig working 2+ yrs
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am judged by my coworkers for coming in and doing my work 8-5 (plus extra hours - as we are pushed to work but that isn't shared in interviews) and for not drinking. The only time coworkers hangout is when alcohol is also invited
