Helpware: as a working mom. i am able to do my work as an employee and as a mother as well.
NextGen Healthcare: Was a good company but now it is a dreadful place to work. Work from home is the only perk. Average pay but expect very long working hours. No concept of team building. Everyone works in silos. Also frequent layoffs.
