Venmo: The biggest improvement should be how venmo is able to allow transactions to be completed even If there aren't funds in the account to cover the payment. Venmo is giving away money that isnt there then demanding the account holder pay them back while they have their account restricted.

Choice Home Warranty: You think you have coverage but when you put in a claim most times they do not cover the problem and have to end up paying out of pocket to fix the issue.
Dealer Inspire: Low pay. Toxic hustle culture & lack of role segmentation. Favoritism runs rampant. Growing fast but hiring not to capacity. Focused too much on bringing in new clients without fixing current staffing/people issues. Cars is happy to spend money on acquisitions but not on staff. Find somewhere else.
Headspace: I love the app but it's crazy expensive. Like just too much and no real flexibility.
Udacity: So simple clean and neat. they have fairly good support compared to other services. but the price is not cheap. if a company didn't pay for me I don't think I would have ever afforded the price. even if I had the money I don't think It would worth that much

Has GREAT manager-to-employee relationships the majority of the time, and rights wrongs pretty quickly. Is it perfect? No, but it's so good I want to stay until it gets there.
Dealer Inspire: There is a disconnect between the departments that handle the workloads and the executives. Employee retention suffers because the focus is improving shareholder compensation, with little care for the actual employees. Those that do the work daily are hard working, to a fault, but are often ignored

Spectrio: The CEO has never had a town hall nor shown his face to his employees. Their heavy acquisition strategy is shortsighted because they have no support internally from marketing and customer service. They don't get "new customers", they just rely on channel partners and AM's to take orders. It's sad.
PetroChoice: They're short handed they need to spend money on getting drivers, reliable trucks and need to add more trucks to the fleet
