Chal-Tec: Respond to customers, take ownership, do not left issues unresolved for more than 3 years. I bought a quite expensive large size kamado grill from them that was delivered with essential parts missing (heat deflector, etc.) They do not respond to emails or point at different departments

Guidepoint: This is only a good place to work for a year or so post-grad. Employees are treated poorly, 12 hour work days and not compensated correctly, very flawed company in general.
The Motley Fool: Great work life balance and many perks. The compensation for tech is okay, but with no cost of living adjustment, it is possible to be underpaid if you're not proactive about seeking raises.

This was introduced as an exciting perk when i went through my HR onboarding that I thought was great; however, it seems like noboby actually leaves that time free from meetings.
