Route: I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Route. The company cares about its employees, we have fun, and I enjoy coming to work each day. I have recommended about five people to come work here and those who were hired have enjoyed it as well.
Route: Working at Route is going great, they have very talented employees that I'm proud to work with, and challenging projects. Also, they have the flexibility to do my personal stuff like doctor appointments and enjoy my social life with my friends.

Beiersdorf North America: My experience has been a good one. I was able to be a part multiple projects where I learned so many facets of the business and built great cross functional relationships.
Beiersdorf North America: Overall it is a good company but there are too few people in key functions. For example, we promote the importance of digital but work is not well planned and communicating resulting in problems with ratings and review tools, brand websites, etc.

Harry's: Stop thinking Woke is the way to go. Shut up and sell your product, cancel culture will come to cancel Harry's.
Route: As a fairly young startup with a very fast pace, onboarding was an absolute pain. Not enough documentation/protocol to bring a new hire up to speed painlessly. Other than that hurdle, this is 100% the best company I have worked for.
Pilot: What makes me most happy at work is improving processes and training new teammates!

Kajabi: I have been able to grow within my department at this company and have had several Managers that truly seem to care for their subordinates. But, upper management's actions do not match their words about caring about employees as far as decisions, comp, and development.

Karyopharm Therapeutics: My experience within my department has been fantastic. Cross functional interactions have often been good. Experiences with the prior executive team make-up were, at times, excruciating. I have great hope for the executive new team, however.

Management Concepts: Underpaid and overworked. The top leadership is wildly out of touch and try to hide behind being "self-aware that things should change for the employees!" But never do anything
