OJO Labs: It was great to see the company grow, but we have gotten to the point where we and no longer focused on providing the customer with a good experience, and more focused on improving our number of leads we send to an agent. I struggle to see why any user would seek out ojo to buy or sell a house.

HelloFresh: First: Quality of ingredients and knowledge base of people pulling the ingredients for the food kits (ex. so kit includes 4 carrots for 2 person meal instead of 1 carrot ) Second: Customer service....only getting a "something went wrong" statement when trying to contact chat or telephone.

Personal Capital: The service has major flaws which they always blame on other people. My mortgage data does not pull down accurately nor do several of my investment accounts. They constantly blame the FI(s) and tell me the solution is to delete and then re-add my accounts. Service has gotten progressively worse.

Alarm.com: Starts out great until all of the smoke and mirrors of culture dissolve. Great coworkers, but you never are paid your value. Everyone leaves because they find jobs that pay you better. Even worse they make you feel bad for asking for raises as though wanted to improve your life is a bad thing.

I felt that at times I was asked similar or repeating questions but overall I learned a lot about the culture and why employees chose BlueRock.

Rather than putting all the burden on customers, maybe you should consider reducing the salaries of the highest paid employees, and put that money back into the paper and services. After all, it IS your jobs.
Voice Media Group: They make promises and continually miss on delivering on those promises. Content will get better, but it doesn't. The team will complete all of their tasks but they won't. Turnover will improve, but doesn't. It's a recurring theme.
