there is not a boss/employee atmosphere. it is as the sayng goes..too many chiefs not enough indians. well it applies here for sure.

everything is pretty quiet from concentrating

there is too many groups that hangout together and they try to work with themselves and if your an outsider they could care less.

they actually sat down and talked and only went over the real things and not the in between
