Roostify operates as a team and wins as a team. Teams operate cross-functionally and are always willing to hop on a plane to help a customer.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customers and Employees, regardless of size or rank have the ability to positivelty impact our platform. Management listens to all input and thoughtfully prioritizes the needs of the community.

The team that interviewed me was very efficient. Each interview was scheduled promptly and each interview had specific focus questions so I wasn't asked repetitive questions.

Continuous growth! Each day, I am given the opportunity to learn and expand my technical skills. The Roostify platform is continuously integrating into new solutions, this gives us a chance to really expand our knowledge of the industry and discover how we can help our customers as they scale.
