Pay is aweful... starting pay is 13.79. I have co-workers that have hit their Journeymen satus ( which means they should be going paid more) But nope. The Deli needs a desperate update and needs to be more organized.

They are good people to work for and step up when needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel degraded beings burger places are starting people out at 14.00 plus an hour not to mention other places are starting out at 15.00 an hour. And a .10c raise once a year is awful. I would like to see the CEO try and pay the bills @ 13.79 an hr.
