I work in the pharmacy and ots personaly the worst, always understaffed and people are wuitting when there is a new rehire for a replacement. When i tell you safeway is on a "budget" a pharmacy technician for safeway that has worked almost 10 years is making only 17 an hour when they should be at 19
What did you like most about the interview process?
Theyll hire anyone who basically walks in. They hired me on the spot. And im pretty aure anyone will be hired on rhe spot. They had 6 courtacy clerks all quit on rhe same day. They are super understaffed and they cant afford to turn away people asking for a job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of my coworkers are super kind, but they make work so depressing when they talk about their mental and lives at home. Aparently all of the people who are stuck in life end up here while barely making any money and they cant even switch jobs cause they have children and medical bills.Nooneshappy
