Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I dont even get an employee discount.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Actually work and not leave me to do five things at once.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to their employees and not writing them off and saying they just cant spare me when they managed to spare all the other cashiers that day.

So far so good. Have had some bad days but dont we all.
