It is very welcoming to new hires while still expecting the normal work load

None of it other than I got hired on the spot but they were desperate
What are some of the best things about your team?
They seem to be very understanding and we all help each other out other than our 2 coworkers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the customers complain about everything policy related and whenever we ask the franchise owner he tells us yes then doesn't follow through
