Be professional, dont take things personally when team ask a question about a decision, be equal when sharing tasks and responsabilities , dont make it impossible when ask for specific day off
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Department manager dont have the training or attitude to handle a discussion with a team member without taking everything personally , I understand we dont have that many candidates for dep. Managers but some personal skills training can be helpful
