Not worry so much on contests, and who can look better. Worry more about selling groceries and what the CUSTOMER WANTS, not what they want.

More enthusiasm to want to do better.\nNot have to worry which manager is gonna chew them out for something they had no control over.

All corporate wants is more more and give less and less. Never does any employee get praised for the job they have done, no matter what!
