The gaslighting of Albert Rich is the entire reason I am leaving the company. I am a hard worker and was only temporarily working at Safeway while looking for a job within my field but will be leaving early due to him.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A multi-billion dollar company that gives its CEO a ~$5 million dollar BONUS but pays its employees less than a livable wage should not exist.
