My manager has is great. Respect him fully. Fair,honest,knowledgeable,compassionate and an all around nice guy.

We like and respect each other. Got each other's back. We consider ourselves a family.

Always help th customers. Just be a considerate and kind person. And you should be fine
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that in San Francisco at least we deserve 4 to 5 dollar raise because the minimum wage here ros up to about 4 dollars! We do a lot.
