When people do show up for work,or bad work habits happen things need to happen.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Team working. Customer service. Working with new employees,so they know what and how to do their jobs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work ethic needs to change. Pay needs to increase and Union start up dues need to be waved.
