Union pension is paid for us, although i wish we could match it as employees. Also our medical monthly copay is low.
The problem is new employees who have horrible work ethics. We also have several journeyman employees who just don't give us the productivity they should. No bang for the buck, kills the labor budget.
Go back to being Safeway! All we are now is Albertsons with a sign at the street that says Safeway. Our safeway stores, at least in my Division, have went through a serious downgrade since the merger.
