Employees who do not work directly with each other are still encouraged to socialize.
Pay per hour is decent but hours given are too few to make a living on for lower level positions.
Managing expectations compared to resources available. Management should not expect perfect results if working conditions are less than perfect (understaffing, short shifts, faulty equipment, lack of security, etc).
Too much of the profits are being kept by higher positions rather than put back into the company to improve workplace and/or working conditions. Slightly cutting salaries from executives can allow them to still earn much above average income while the company's workplace improve.
