Everything. Stop treating employees like commodities and actually listen to them.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop pushing the same things over and over. (i.e. the same vaccines pushed week after week, and pushing app usage) retirement community is less likely to use apps and constantly requiring us to push them is annoying.
