we have loyal 4 people in my department but it's been revolving door since Cerberus Capital took us over. Even the McDonalds next door pays better for new hires so we have slim pickings
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Cause and Effect has cause things spiraled out of control. Taking away benefits cause quality of employees to get worse to no one worth hiring is left. Where you the upper managers see useless employees that deserves no rewards. As store was most loved to now most hated of the community.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
they expect more and more daily that doesn't get done and yelled at constantly. they claim we don't have the sales to promote the salary. yet the department is huge and we don't have the hours to fill the department fully properly that is too much for the amount of staffed hours.
