Thanks to local unions, things are well lined out and actually focused more on employee welfare rather than survival.

My coworkers are actually pleasant people, not much to complain about. There's one guy who is deaf; I wish he or someone else we work with would tell me how to communicate best with him.
There isn't enough room in here to list all the problems! No living wage, chronic pain and debilitating stress due to a disability nobody believes I have, customers treating me like garbage, getting my training cut short and then forgotten, mixed/conflicting messages from management...
