Better pay and more help around the store. Each employee should only be expected to do their own job, not the jobs of multiple employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Minimum wage has increased constantly but the position pay caps have not increased in at least 10 years. Veterens almost make the same as new hires at this point.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Shady advertizing and pricing. Be honest! Corperate needs to talk to the generic employee and customer, not give a months notice to managers before coming into the store to "evaluate".
