It was straight to the point and they seemed excited for me to get started.
Let the employees know that they are appreciated, because sometimes your coworkers say otherwise and it can hurt.
I just started, so I'm not sure about a package. No one has talked to me about one. I think it's just for managers or higher ups.
The main thing is they ask employees to do a lot of things in a small amount of time. So either they dont get them done on time, or they need to stay over. The employees are not mulitasking robots.
They need to get better at disciplining or firing people who are not showing up to shifts or being lazy on the job. It's like they are scared to fire people for ligitamate reasons. But we could get fired for wierd, technical things.
My coworkers need to be more open minded to helping other people do tasks when they are getting behind. They also need to be better at not getting angry so easily. The night crew and morning crew need to form a routine so that things go more smoothly.
