What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there are some friendly co workers some areas are not so good
What did you like most about the interview process?
came in and was told they were looking for a night time grocery stocker and if i was intrested in it and that was basically the interview
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
learn to take authority when given tasks to do and not come at their lead shift with attitude when they are asked to do a task at work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
doing what they say they are gonna do and take action when there is a complaint against another co worker and have favortism for other employees and not baby other employees to get their way
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel undervalued when i get things done at work and it doesnt satisfy the manager of the store....i would feel better if they store manager got replaced and get someone in there who appreciates their employees work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
when given certain tasks to do and they are done their is no appreciation of the work we do,store manager is yelling at just about everyone cause of certain things in the store,when district manager shows up and leaves the store manager has a attitude towards certain workers GET RID OF STORE MANAGER
